In a heartwarming show of loyalty and admiration, the vibrant community of Amafor Nkpor, the largest village in Nkpor, Idemili North Local Government Area, has declared Governor Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo the best governor in the history of Anambra State.
Speaking during a gathering that felt more like a political carnival than a community meeting, the Chairman of Amafor Nkpor, High Chief Emmanuel Idemili, popularly known as EmmaGOLD, alongside the Convener of Divine Mandate Actualization, showered praises on Governor Soludo, calling him “a symbol of democracy and leadership.”
“Since I was born and began to hear about governors in this state, I have never witnessed a time like this,” Chief EmmaGOLD declared with passion. “Governor Soludo is different. He is a truthful man. He says something, and he does it. That is real leadership.”
The Divine Mandate Actualization group, which boasts over 15,000 active members, has now pledged total support for Soludo’s re-election bid in the November 8, 2025 Anambra gubernatorial election.
“We are not just endorsing him with our mouths,” said the Convener. “We will mobilize. I am bringing out all our members and over 40,000 residents of Amafor to come out en masse and vote Soludo again. He deserves it. He has touched lives. He has transformed communities. He has restored hope.”
Amafor Nkpor, known for its large population and political influence, is now positioning itself as a stronghold for the Soludo second-term movement. With massive grassroots structures and youth participation, the message from the community is clear: “Soludo must continue!”
The endorsement comes at a time when Governor Soludo’s infrastructural and socio-economic reforms across Anambra State are gaining widespread acclaim, especially at the grassroots.
As the 2025 governorship election draws nearer, the voice from Amafor Nkpor is sounding loud and clear—“We have seen the light, and that light is Soludo!”
