Praco International Limited, a renowned real estate firm, has quashed widespread rumours that claimed one of its buildings under construction in Abuja had collapsed, leaving victims trapped inside.
On Saturday, the company’s Managing Director and Project Manager, Dr Chukwudubem Ezekwelu, vehemently denied the incident, clarifying that no such event occurred on any of their sites in Abuja or elsewhere.
Dismissing the exaggerated reports of multiple casualties and trapped individuals, Dr Ezekwelu revealed that what transpired at the Guzape site was a planned demolition initiated by a client seeking to alter the building’s design.
He emphasized that no one was harmed during the controlled demolition, categorically refuting the sensationalized media claims.
Strongly attributing the baseless rumours to the handiwork of detractors aiming to tarnish the stellar reputation of Praco International,
Dr Ezekwelu issued a stern warning to the culprits and their paid bloggers to cease the dissemination of false news.
Reaffirming the company’s commitment to upholding international standards and delivering exceptional results, he highlighted Praco International’s track record of professionalism and quality performance.
With a nationwide presence and ongoing projects, Praco International assures clients and the public alike that they remain dedicated to their work, never compromising on excellence or committing to substandard projects.
