Emmanuel Nwafor, the Chairman and director of works in the 8th Assembly of Anambra State, recently visited the Ekwulubia township Stadium in Ekwulubia local government area in Anambra State for an oversight inspection. The aim of the visit was to assess the progress and quality of work being carried out at the stadium.
During the inspection, Hon. Emmanuel Nwafor expressed his satisfaction with the ongoing construction work. He mentioned that M&C International Construction company is responsible for handling the pavilion and work was progressing well. The team thoroughly examined the trusses and found that the structural alignment and overall construction were in conformity with the approved drawings.
Furthermore, the materials used on the site were deemed to be of good quality, and the reinforcements met the standards set by the council for the regulation of engineering structures. Hon. Emmanuel Nwafor commended the contractor for their adherence to the required standards.
The construction company or the project manager assured the Hon. Emmanuel Nwafor and his team that the project would be completed within the stipulated time frame of six months. Although the initial deadline was set for December, it seems that the contractor is confident in their ability to deliver the project on time.
