The Divine Mandate Actualization (DMA), a prominent political group in Anambra state, has officially endorsed Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo for a second term in the upcoming 2025 governorship election. The endorsement came after the group’s meeting with the State Commissioner for Works, Engr Ifeanyi Okoma, at his Obosi residence in Idemili North Council Area on Sunday.
The DMA cited Governor Soludo’s remarkable achievements in office as the main reason for endorsing him as its sole candidate. Hon. Emmanuel Idemili, the State Coordinator of the group, known as “Emma Gold”, declared that Governor Soludo’s track record of accomplishments over the past two and a half years has made him the best person to lead Anambra state for a second tenure. Idemili expressed his unwavering belief that Governor Soludo will undoubtedly emerge victorious in the upcoming governorship election.
Idemili emphasized Governor Soludo’s exceptional leadership qualities and his ability to surpass the achievements of his predecessors. He stated that the Governor has gone above and beyond his duties, showcasing his commitment to the growth and development of Anambra state.
During the meeting, Engr Okoma, the State Commissioner for Works, welcomed the DMA to his home and pledged his full support in the campaign for Governor Soludo’s reelection. He praised the Governor for his remarkable achievements, particularly in infrastructure development. Engr Okoma highlighted the significant transformations that have taken place in areas like the Okpoko and Ochanja markets in Onitsha, the commercial city of the state. He mentioned how the roads in these areas have been restored to a level that makes residents proud.
With the endorsement from the Divine Mandate Actualization group and the support of other key figures in the state, Governor Soludo’s chances of securing a second term are looking promising. The DMA’s recognition of his accomplishments and leadership qualities solidifies his position as a strong contender in the 2025 governorship election. As Anambra state looks towards its future, Governor Soludo’s vision and determination are set to drive the state’s progress and prosperity.
