Under his stewardship, major urban centers have witnessed dramatic transformation — from the clearing of illegal structures and removal of touts, to sanitizing markets, parks, and major roads. His efforts have complemented the Soludo administration’s goal of turning Anambra into a livable and prosperous homeland.
As Convener of the Solution Marshal Initiative — a grassroots enforcement and civic consciousness movement — Comrade Anere has been instrumental in recruiting, training, and inspiring young Anambrarians to take active roles in building a more disciplined society.
