Solomon ChukwuEbuka i Onwuemene, a dedicated public servant, marked his birthday in the midst of his colleagues and friends. His colleague and close friend, Monday Nwokoye, described him as a kind-hearted and exceptional individual, emphasising his positive impact on those around him.
