Ukpo-Dunukofia, Anambra State – The medical screening exercise for the 2022/2023 recruitment of Police Constables into the Nigeria Police Force has commenced nationwide. Under the Zone 13 Police Command, successful candidates reported for screening today, February 26th, 2025, at the Police Hospital, Awka, Anambra State. The exercise is scheduled to run until March 12th, 2025.

The screening process, supervised by a dedicated team of organizers led by DCP David Osuani, began with an orientation session for candidates. During his address, DCP Osuani emphasized the importance of discipline and orderliness, urging all participants to follow the laid-down procedures. He reiterated that the screening exercise is entirely free of charge and warned against any form of extortion or malpractice.

Candidates have been encouraged to take full advantage of the opportunity, as the Zone 13 Police Command, under the leadership of Assistant Inspector-General of Police Godwin Ndidi Aghaulor, psc(+), is committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent process.

The medical screening is a crucial stage in the recruitment process, aimed at assessing the physical and medical fitness of candidates before their final selection into the Nigeria Police Force. All eligible candidates are advised to adhere strictly to their scheduled screening dates and comply with the necessary requirements.
